Matthew has been active in building and developing community organisations since he founded the Brisbane Junior Chamber of Commerce in 1983 which went onto become the largest young business organization in Australia and continues to be today. He then was the inaugural Chairman of the Brisbane Bandits Baseball Team and in 2017 founded the Captain’s Club.
